Time Flys

Time is flying by with little Micah. He had his two month checkup on Monday and everything is looking great. We are truly blessed to have a healthy little boy. He weighed in at twelve pounds, one quarter of an ounce and measured twenty three and one quarter of an inches long. Then he enjoyed some goopy goop and three shots; he handled it all pretty well. Photos and a short movie. Kara and my Mom babysat Micah last week and are looking forward to babysitting again this Thursday as we attempt to make it to some holiday parties. Photos. Micah is on a pretty awesome sleeping schedule already; he usually only wakes us up once a night for some foods. We are fully aware of how easy we have it right now, surely we will pay the price later?

Snow in Houston and Dakota’s Birthday

Life has been hectic with keeping up with the little guy. Things are going great and everyone is doing well. Micah has settled into a pretty good sleep schedule and continues to grow too fast! He also experienced his first snow fall, in Houston of all places! Photos from around the house are here. Crazy day in Texas. Micah also went to his first birthday party for our neighbor Dakota. Happy Thanksgiving

Paige, Micah and I have much to be thankful for as we celebrated Thanksgiving with Paige’s parents (before and after the official holiday) and also with my family. We had a great long weekend and began decorating for Christmas. Photos from the holiday are here. A few shots of Momma and Micah here.

Day sixteen

Micah is sixteen days old today and managed to pass his weight check with flying colors; he is now seven pounds, nine ounces. Paige also went in for her first checkup since he arrived and she is also doing well. Micah has been very heathy and keeping Paige and I very sleepy. A couple of firsts this past week, first time he slept in his crib and first time he went for a walk in the stroller. Photos here.
